Refund Policy


Advance Payment

We require 60% of the total service charges to be paid in advance before initiating any rectification work on your CIBIL report. The remaining amount is payable only after successful completion of the agreed corrections.

 

Refund Eligibility  

  • If our team confirms in writing that specific errors in your CIBIL report can be rectified, but are not corrected after receiving your advance payment, you are eligible for a refund proportional to the unsuccessful accounts.

  • For example, if you have paid in advance for 5 account corrections and only 4 are completed, we will refund the advance received for the 1 account that could not be rectified.

  • Refunds apply only to the services and accounts we have specifically confirmed for correction but are not corrected.

Consultancy Services for EMI Reduction

We also provide consultancy to help customers reduce their EMI amount by facilitating the transfer of loans from high interest rates (24–30%) to lower rates (10–18%).  

  • If the consumer defaults at any stage during the consultancy tenure, we cannot guarantee a better rate of interest, nor can we refund the consultancy fees already paid.

  • Successful EMI reduction depends on compliance with agreed terms throughout the consultancy period.

Requesting a Refund  

To request a refund, contact our customer support team, providing case details and your payment receipt or GST invoice. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
